Replacement Arms for Possible Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Bike Rack

I am trying to find a replacement arm for the following rack, but do not have a rack name or model number. This looks like the correct part, but I am unsure. Is there any way for me to confirm this is the correct part? The rack has a 2inch receiver and pivots away from the hatch. See below pictures

I think the bike rack you have is a Hollywood Racks Sport Rider but I could be wrong and there are a bunch of different sub-models as well. If you can find a model name or model number the best way to confirm the Replacement Frame Hook part # HRBS-SPRFHLZ-S for short or part # HRBS-SPRFHLZ-L for long is to measure. The opening on these arms is 1-3/8".
