The Mopar M30 5th Wheel Hitch is the same as the Curt A30 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C64BR which the Replacement Rear Anchors part # C48UR fit so yes, they will work on the Mopar M30 5th Wheel Hitch. If you need the front as well that would be the Replacement Front Anchor part # C68UR.
