Hay Darin, thanks for reaching out!

Yes, all of the Ford puck systems from the factory have the same dimensions between the puck attachments so something like the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3300 will fit with any of them. The only thing to keep in mine is if your truck has a short bed you'll want to go with the sliding Companion # BWRVK3370 instead to ensure you have trailer-to-cab clearance while making sharp turns.

What about aftermarket puck systems? I bought a 2018 F350 SWB used and it has a puck system in it measuring 39" wide and 21.5" deep.

@Sam Those will only fit the standard 30" wide x 13" deep Ford puck system dimensions. Do you know what puck system you have? The only ones I know of are the Reese Elite and then the Demco proprietary one, but neither of them are even close to 39" x 21-1/2" deep.

@JonG can’t see any branding on mine. But the pucks are almost directly on top of the frame rails. Nothing connecting between the rails, like a 5th wheel mount or anything. Then in truck bed it has cutouts exposing the pucks, but they’re roughly 39” width and 21” deep. So I’m trying to figure out what they are.

@Sam Could you shoot me some photos in a reply to the email you received from me for this comment? I'm interested to see what this looks like.
