We have a couple of trailer hitch receivers that fit your 2023 Honda CR-V hybrid, which I'll go ahead and list for you:

- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13397

The only difference between these two hitches is the finish - the Curt has a glossier finish than the matte black finish of the etrailer hitch, so you can choose which you prefer. The matte black finish is nice as it hides the inevitable dings, scuffs and scratches better than the glossy finish, but if you don't feel strongly either way about the finish, then just go with the best price.
