Question:

2022 Ram 2500HD diesel, Im going to load up a heavier 5th wheel and will these airbags be enough or is there coil springs you recommend changing too as well?

I have a solution for you but the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2598 mount in the same location as 5th wheel hitch brackets so you will want to use another system. All of the Firestone systems have this issue. I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs item # AL57589. This system has a 7,500 lbs load leveling capacity.

As far as adding coil springs go. You can use the SuperSprings Suspension Leveling Kit item # SS54PV however it may not be as noticeable as air bags. They also have the drawback of raising your truck's front end up 2".

I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command II item # F2219 to your truck. This dual path onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags individually from the comfort of your cab.
