Question:

Is this a threaded gooseneck ? Possibly a ranchhand inch , that Im not quite sure about ! I just know that I have taken all the bolts and nuts with the washers completely off and its still feels as if theres something else holding it up Ive tried to knock it loose with a small 3 lb. Sledge and even went at it with a chisel and hammer but neither one seemed to help or loosen anything.... So before I tear something up out of shear stupidity I ask you this question ? Any idea would be a great help thank you for your time and help with this matter !

Yes, the Base # AM3102 for the Ranch Hitch # AM3100 does thread onto the kingpin of your 5th wheel pin box. A Spanner Wrench # AM3104 is used to thread the base on and off the Collar System # AM3110. You may need to spray some break free onto the threads if they have corrosion.
