Is the a fifth wheel made that will go on top my gooseneck ball on a knapheide flatbed..the ball sits 5 to 6 inches below flatbed surface..

Expert Reply:
I recommend to use a Convert-A-Ball adapter # CAB-C5G with the recessed ball in the flatbed. The Convert-A-Ball will require an opening on thet ruck of 7" long by 7" wide.
If the cut out around the ball is less than 7" long by 7" wide, then I recommend Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter part # AM3100 which require a 5-1/2" long x 5-1/2" long opening.
