well I cant get the threaded peace u to take the rest off

The Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter part # AM3100 is screwed onto the king pin with a collar system. Once you have removed the bolts from the side of the adapter, you need the Spanner Wrench part # AM3104 and a 4 foot cheater pipe to release the adapter from the threaded collar. Since the initial installation requires 1200 foot pounds of torque you need more than 1 person to help break the threaded collar loose.

Once the adapter is un-threaded, you may need to use a large socket, or other sturdy round item larger than the diameter of the king pin, and a hammer to unseat the threaded collar from the 2 half round wedges.
