Does Tekonsha to Redarc Adapter work with Tekonsha 7-Way Wiring Kit of 2021 Toyota Highlander

Question:

Just want confirmation that this adapter works with Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector Item # TK57VR? I was told through the chat that it would not work with my setup. I want to install a 7-way on my wifes 2021 Highlander. It did not come with the tow package, but recently I had Toyota install a factor hitch which came with a 4-way. That is useless since the vehicle does not have the rest of the harness. I have purchased the RedArc Tow-Pro Elite and looking to get TK57VR and this adapter to complete my setup. Also what mount can I use with the TK57VR? Would appreciate the help. I have in a pic of the connector in the cargo area.

Yes, the Redarc Tow Pro Adapter for Tekonsha controllers part # 331-TPH-017 is compatible with the Tekonsha 7-Way wiring kit part # TK57VR that fits your 2021 Toyota Highlander. This will allow you to install the Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR.
