Will the Lockrack Adjustable XL Watersport Carrier Work w/ a 2023 Honda CR-V's Factory Roof Rack?

Question:
Just got a new 2023 CRV hybrid and wanted to make sure this would fit. I do have the cross rails. I think they may be aero style? They do not overhang.

Congrats on the new car and thanks for the picture! The Lockrack Adjustable XL Watersport Carrier item # LR54FR fits most aero crossbars on the market including factory ones. Looking at yours I would say this carrier and its clamps will work great with your factory roof rack.
The only potential issue I can see is it may not be able to fully extend if you don't have 48" of space between the two legs. There are quite a few adjustment points between 24" and 48" so that wouldn't stop you from using it.
