Hey Chris, The Crossbar Adapter for Lockrack Accessories # LR44FR does include a base and some mounting hardware that could be used to replace one of your carrier's bases. This specific one comes with a 10" long base. If you need a different length then let me know what size you have. There's no way to choose a specific lock keycode so this base would likely come with a different code than your current locks.
