How tight do you tighten U-bolts on the leaf springs?

You will torque them between 45 and 70 ft lbs and use a 19 millimeter 3/4 inch socket to tighten the nuts of the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 5-1/2" Long U-Bolts # APUBR-1.
