Question:
Can I use 26 in leaf springs if my old ones measure 25.5?

If your existing leaf springs measure 25-1/2" then the correct replacement is likely either 25-1/8" or 25-1/4" as leaf springs stretch over time. Please note, leaf springs should also be measured with the trailer unloaded. I have attached for you below options in both these lengths, you'd just need to filter with your axle capacity. The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles part # e54SR is a pretty common replacement measuring 25-1/8".

I have a 3500lbs, 24” x 1 3/4 wide leaf spring, three leafs,. I can’t seem to find a replacement on your site. Is this an odd size?
