They sure will!
The following components you were looking at will all work perfectly with your new 2023 Yamaha SX190 Jet Boat:
Strong Arm Winch # DL25010
Quick Disconnect Connectors # DL24085
Winch Cover # DL24051
With that said you shouldn't need the Mounting Bracket # DL24059 as your boat trailer should already have a standard winch mount for the winch to install.
