I have a way for your tow vehicle to keep your winch battery charged, but you won't be able to do it through the 7-way as that just doesn't offer much power, at best it will maintain an already charged battery.
To charge a battery that's been used you'll need to use a DC-DC charger like the Redarc # RED96FR. This will tie into your vehicle's alternator and allow it to charge the winch battery even if it was dead as it's able to send much more power through the dedicated wiring.
You'll also need fuse # RED86FR and battery wire # RED66FR.
