The correct hitch for your 2019 Freightliner Sprinter 3500 depends on the wheelbase and bumper. To keep it simple I have two options for you where the only difference is the bumper style.

-Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75549 (144" or 170" wheelbase with standard bumper)

-Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75601 (144" or 170" wheelbase with factory step bumper)

You will also need to know the outside to outside frame measurement. If it is 30-3/8" then there are no custom fit hitches available. Instead, you will need a universal weld-on hitch. I recommend the following:

-Curt Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch and Brackets # 15902

This hitch fits frames measuring 18" - 44". We recommend taking it to a certified welder for installation.
