Remote For Go Power Inverter is Not Turning on the Inverter

Question:
My go power remote will not start my go power 1500 watt industrial inverter. When I push the button on the remote, the AC indicator comes on but the inverter does not start. The inverter will run when I push the on switch on the inverter itself.

There are a few different 1,500 watt inverters from Go Power, I am not sure which one you have but they should all use the Remote for Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter # 34279999.
It sounds like the inverter may not be switched to "remote mode". To do this you would flip the switch to the double line side of the switch. I have included a picture to help demonstrate.
