Can i tow a jetski and jetski trailer with this hitch?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76240 which is a fit for a 2020 Infiniti QX50 has a 4,000 lb gross trailer weight rating. That said, if the vehicle is rated lower that's the figured you'll need to abide by. This figure can be found in your owner's manual. Therefore, so long as the weight of the trailer and cargo is below the tow capacity of the vehicle (check owner's manual) you'll be good to go.

Please note, in order to complete your setup you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118796 and a ball mount/hitch ball like the Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45534.

With this hitch, will my hands free lift gate still work?

@Gary The feature will work, but not directly under or next to the square receiver tube. The sensors to the right and left of the receiver will still pick up movement and operate the liftgate.
