The link didn't work but based on your description and the parts available for a 2023 Nissan Frontier I have listed the parts you will need below and added a couple of recommendations as well. I have also linked a couple of installation videos.

You are also going to need a brake controller and a ball mount kit. Since your Frontier has a plug in adapter. You can install the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller item # 90885 using the Plug-In Wiring Adapter item # 3050-P. This is a proportional brake controller that activates your trailer brakes in response to your Frontier's braking action.

To round out your towing set up, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
