I have a 21 Ford Ranger Lariat with factory tow package. I will be towing a 21 Lance 1475 S travel trailer with dry weight of 3217, GVWR of 4500 I think and tongue weight of 340. It also has factory lift. Im looking for a weight dist. hitch and sway bars. brackets can be installed between 25 inch and 32 inch or 18 inch and 22 inch to avoid propane tank. Ranger front fender 35, back fender381/4 inch bottom of hitch 20. Bottom of coupler on Lance 21inch top of coupler 23. Im thinking Reese RP66558 or Blue Ox BLU36FR would work for this setup. Any thoughts? Which is easier to install? Which is easier to hookup? Which performs better? Is there a better option?

Good choices, and while both the Steadi-Flex and Blue Ox TrackPro will work for your installation measurements, between the two, I would definitely go with the TrackPro:

What the TrackPro # BLU36FR has over the Steadi-Flex # RP66558 is definitely ease of initial install. You asked about install and hookup, and while the hookup is the same for both (using the included lift tool), the TrackPro comes with a 2 inch hitch ball already installed, preset head pitch, and grease zerks on the bars.
The Steadi-Flex has none of these things, so you'll be stuck getting the head tilt just right by tediously adding/removing washers, and torquing a hitch ball can be a real pain (not to mention you have to purchase it separately with the Steadi-Flex).
Performance-wise, these are very similar; the Steadi-Flex may be a bit more rigid overall, but if you put both on in the exact same conditions it's unlkely you would be able to tell which was which from an anti-sway standpoint.
