Question:
I have a 2022 GMC Sierra with 8 bed .I have a plastic block Inside my bed for a fifth wheel plug but the plug knock out is oval for a 7 prong and a 4 prong combo plug ..Im having trouble finding the correct plug and tee block that will fit my factory plug on the bumper so to just install the tee and pop the plug in ..the ones Im finding have to strip wiring and wire up ..I know there is a plug and play version

What you're looking for sounds like the 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring # HM40975-11998.
This is an OEM replacement plug and harness for your 2002 GMC Sierra 2500 which also has the oval 7-way & 4-way combination plug you mention.
