Is this made out of 1/4 inch material? I thought I saw one at fleet farm that seemed flimsy. I dont recall the brand

I spoke with B&W and they let me know that the Center Section for B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRC907 is 1/4" thick, is 2.5" tall and has overall dimensions of 26" long x 12.125" wide.
