We have the Kenda Loadstar 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 10" Solid Center Wheel # AM3H454 which is a 205/65-10 trailer wheel and tire with a 5 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern that has a 4 inch pilot diameter like you need.
