Question:

I need help ing all the parts needed to do a full hitch install on a 2023 4 door Jeep Wrangler. I want it to include the wiring kit, hitch extension, so hitch terminal is flush with the spare tyre. And all the hardware to correctly mount the 4 pole connector and if available the hardware to install the hitch extension without it making a loose connection between the hitch and my bike rack. Main use is going to be a küat piston pro 2 bikes rack. Thanks!

The trailer hitch that I recommend for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler is etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98856 as it has the longest receiver tube so it will offer the best clearance for hitch mounted accessories. This can then be combined with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118786 for a trailer wiring harness. In most cases, you'd just secure the trailer connector to the safety chain loops on the trailer hitch but if you want it to look a bit cleaner you can use the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat part # 18144 and No-Drill Mount part # 18140.

In regards to accessory clearance, the size of the rear spare tire would be the biggest factor so it would be best to measure the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole on the hitch once installed to the outside edge of the spare tire to see if an extension would be needed and for how much. The Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack for 2 Bikes part # KU98VR for example that you referenced requires no more than 6-3/8".

The Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers part # C45791 would provide an additional 8" if needed but keep in mind these do reduce hitch capacity by half.
