There is a bike rack that you'll be able to use that won't block the backup camera on your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Willy's when bikes aren't on the rack (which I'm sure you knew but just wanted to mention). The rack that I recommend is the - Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # SH22G.

The Sherpa is a wheel-mounted rack so it's wheel mounts fold down flat, and I added a photo for you which shows the rack on a '20 Wrangler so you can see that it will be below the spare tire's backup camera.
