I reached out to Lippert and found that the correct replacement for your Power Gear Slide out motor 524065 is the Replacement Slide Gear Motor Assembly for Power Gear Slides # LC387738.

Thank you for the pictures, it makes it way easier to find the correct replacement when I can see the label and get the part/serial numbers.
