Is the ball factory-torqued to the hitch already, or they will arrive in two separate pieces?

The ball of the Curt RockerBall 2-5/16" Shock Absorbing Hitch Ball and Ball Mount w/ Sway Control Tab # C45WR is not installed or torqued down when it arrives. You'll need to torque the nut to 250 ft lbs.
