How to Mount the Curt True Course Advanced Bluetooth Trailer Sway Control System

Question:

Hi. Can the Curt True Course Advanced Bluetooth Trailer Sway Control system be installed on the tongue underneath a metal storage box? I have a 2025 TAB 400 and the storage box covers most of the tongue. See picture below. Thanks!

Hey Pamela, thanks for the picture and congrats on your new trailer. The Curt True Course item # C94VV has inertia sensors in it. You'll want to bolt it to the side of your coupler beneath that metal storage box for it to function correctly. Being mounted under the box would be a great place to put it.

@JerredH Yes, the set-up was simple and the Curt True Course works really well. Have had my trailer out in some windy conditions near Lake Michigan and handled really well! Would highly recommend especially to anyone with a fairly light trailer. Mine is about 3,000 pounds and I tow with a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thanks eTrailer!!
