Im trying find a standard gas strut replacement for my RV awning arm. Customer service at Dometic gave me a replacement part number of 8952102.410U. Can you help me find a replacement? Thanks.

We have two different gas struts available for RV awnings. They are both intended to be used with Solera awnings, as we do not carry Dometic awnings and do not have replacement parts for them.

- Replacement Gas Strut for Short and Flat Solera RV Awnings # LC280343, extended length of 26" and closed length of 15"

- Replacement Gas Strut for Pitched Solera RV Awnings # LC260282, extended length of 24" and closed length of 15"

One of these replacement gas struts could potentially work with your Dometic awing, but you would want to measure the lengths to be sure.
