Yes, we have the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65074 which is custom fit for your 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD. The receiver has a 2" square opening and is rated for up to 500lbs of tongue weight, 5,000lbs trailer capacity and a 9,000lb line pull. I recommend using a Draw-Tite QSP Trailer Hitch Silencer and Cover # 63080 to eliminate the whistle the open receiver typically causes. It will also remove the rattle for a ball mount or hitch mounted accessory.
