The Curt Front Hitch # C31076 will install on the front driver and passenger side frame rails. I have linked a picture showing the bolt holes on the passenger side frame rail and it will be the same for the driver's side.

Will the Curt #31076 front hitch placement interfere with the more robust optional “TRD Skid Plate” on the 2020 TRD Off Road Premium model. ‘

I reached out to Curt and they confirmed that this skid plate on your TDR Off Road Premium 4Runner will interfere with the front mount hitch installation as it is the same skid plate used on the 4Runner TDR Pro trim package.

@TJQ the Draw-Tite will not work either. Also, there are reports that your oil changes will become more difficult. I am sorry that we do not have a front hitch solution. Were you going to use this for boat ramps, bike racks, or cargo carriers? There may be some alternative.
