The highest capacity hitch for a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C34ER. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Hyundai with included hardware.
The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C34ER is a class III hitch that has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight. It weighs 35 lbs and is made in the USA.
I am a big fan of this hitch because the cross tube mounts behind the rear bumper cover and around the top of the muffler. This leaves only the 2" x 2" receiver visible.

Since you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # CU94FR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
You will want to verify what the towing capacity of your Santa Fe is as the Curt hitch may be rated higher than your specific model or trim level.
