I have a great hitch for you but I checked with our vendors and no one makes a hitch that attaches to the bumper on the 2022 Ford Ranger with or without the Tremor Package. I took a look at Ford's website and they do not list one either just an overly complicated frame mounted one.

I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e63ZR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Ranger with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. That can be increased to 8,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system.

I really like the etrailer hitch because it has a matte black powder coat finish which not only offers better rust protection but it helps the hitch blend in below your bumper and trim.
