Snow Chains that wont Scratch P275/55-R20 Toyota Sequoia Platinum Wheels
Question:
Hi there, which tire chains do you recommend to avoid scratching the 20inch OEM wheels on a Toyota Sequoia Platinum P275-55-R20. Given the low profile for a truck/SUV of the tire, Im concerned that most chains will rub against the wheel chain itself, or the tensioning device. The photos of the TC2327 installed have me nervous portion of tensioner looks to contact wheel... Do you have another recommendation? Thank you in advance, as always.

The tire chains that fit your tire size of 275/55-20 that will protect the wheels and vehicle the most is going to be the Konig K-Summit chains part # KON84FR which unlike other options does not touch the wheel at all so the finish would not be affected at all. It's also option that has the best inner wheel clearance since it does not drape over the inside of the wheel at all.
Konig also has a lower priced option that is more like a standard tire chain that has tire protection with the part # KON94FR.
