already have the 7prong adapter on the rear of vehicle what more should i order to install the tekonsha p3 mdl 90195 thanks

There are two different installation scenarios for your Tacoma.
If your Tacoma came from the factory with the OEM 7-way, the only other thing in addition to the brake controller would be the brake control wiring adapter, part # 3040-P. The 3040-P would plug into the connector located under the dash above and to the left of the emergency brake pedal as shown in the provided photo.
If your Tacoma does not have a trailer connector of any kind, you would first need to install a 4-pole trailer connector using part # 118496. Once that is installed, I would typically recommend our # ETBC7 installation kit but because you already have the adapter, the # 5506 kit you mentioned would work well. If you needed the 12-volt accessory circuit active, you would also need a 40 amp breaker like part # 9510.
