Does the fish wires come with this hitch setup?

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e62AR will include the 6 fish wires to install the six 7/16" carriage bolts and square hole spacers.

I recommend installing either the Tekonsha 4-Way Flat # 118720 or 7-Way # 118276 when you install the receiver on your 2022 Cadillac XT5. These will connect to the factory wiring and allow you to connect different trailers. The 4-way will work on most small trailers while the 7-way will be needed on larger trailers which use electric brakes. The Mounting Brackets # 18140 and # 18144 will allow you to mount the 4-way without drilling to your receiver. The Mounting Brackets # 18140 and # PK12711U will allow you to mount the 7-way in the same fashion.
