Question:

Hello. I have a 2004 EZ Loader boat trailer, model number 4-TEZB 23-25/27 7500. It is a tandem axle trailer with drum surge brakes on all four wheels. The actuator is a Titan Model 10 for drum brakes. The spindle measurements are 1.25 for the outer bearing LM67048, 1.75 for the inner bearing 25580 and the seal is 2.13 ID 21334TC. I would like to convert it to disc. Can you help me determine what parts I need to make this happen? Thank you for your help,

To start you will want the Kodiak Disc Brake kit part # KOD69FR which is a Dacromet coated hub and rotor kit that fits your spindle. You will need to swap out the grease seals though to the # GS-2125DL since you have the slightly smaller spindle. Then you will lastly need to swap out the master cylinder of your Titan Model 10 drum actuator to the part # T4747100 and you'd be set.
