Does this module allow you to backup without applying the brakes

The Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator part # T4747200 does not come with a lockout but one can be added easily using the Solenoid Valve for Titan Brake Actuators with Reverse Lockouts part # T4748800. The lockout is what allows you to back up the trailer without locking up the brakes.
