Yes, the etrailer Hitch item # e98865 is confirmed to fit your 2014 Chevy Equinox FWD. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Chevy with included hardware.

I have linked a picture below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch will look like once installed.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118494 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.

The Tekonsha item # 118494 wiring harness is for Equinox's without the factory towing package. If you have the factory towing package you will want the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness item # 118264.
