Thanks for the additional information and the picture of your axle tag. It looks like you have a Lippert Diamond Torsion axle. While there is not a kit made specifically for that axle the Axle Riser Kit item # LC270682, you were looking at, might work.

You will need to measure the bolt spacing on your axle to see if this one will fit. I have linked a diagram below that will show you what you are looking for. The bolt holes on the item # LC270682 are spaced 9" apart. If these match up it will fit.
