The Axle Riser Kit - Single Square Torsion Axle part # LC382741 will lift both sides of the trailer frame up 3-1/2" to add clearance between the frame and the axle.
To install the axle riser kit you want to raise the trailer one side at a time by placing a floor jack under the frame between the tires or behind the axle of the trailer if the trailer is a single axle. Lift the side of the trailer so the tires are just off the ground supported by jack stands. Repeat this process on the other side. Then you want to remove the wheels from the axles to install the axle risers. I have attached the installation instructions for your reference.
