We do separately offer only the relays for Nissan vehicles that come as part of the kit you referenced, part # N40975. The three relays by themselves are available as part # C57000. I have linked a video showing installation of these relays in a 2011 Titan. These install in the relay box behind the battery; the underside of the box cover should have labels for each relay socket. If these relays are missing or damaged then this kit should take care of the issue. You might also want to check your fuse box for any tow lighting circuits that may require fuses.
If installation of these relays does not activate the other lighting circuits then you will want to check the condition of the factory 7-way connector. With age these connectors can develop corrosion (which can appear as slight greenish or whitish discoloration) that can be enough to interfere with power transmission.
Inspect the 7-way and clean its contacts or replace as necessary. If you need to replace the connector you can use part # HM40975 which provides a round connector on one end that mates with the OEM wiring and a 7- and 4-way trailer connector on the other end. Or you can use the part you referenced, # N40975, which includes both a replacement 7-way and the relays.
