Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e44KR fits your 1995 Chevy S-10 and is rated to tow up to 4,000 lbs with a 400 lb tongue weight. I really like this hitch because of the matte black finish that not only looks more rugged but is also more durable than the classic glossy black finish against road debris.
The next thing you need for your towing setup you also need the Curt T-Connector Wiring # C55312 and mounting brackets # 18144 and # C57202. This gives you a way to place the wiring right next to your hitch receiver for easier access.
To round everything out I recommend picking up the Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount # D900 which gives you 3 hitch ball sizes as well as some height adjustment to fit a variety of trailer applications.
