Thanks for the picture! For your 2002 Chevy S-10 Extreme, you will want the Curt Trailer Hitch item # 13920. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your S-10 with included hardware. Since your truck has the factory roll pan bumper this will mount the hitch behind your license plate.
The Curt Trailer Hitch item # 13920 is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight. This hitch is made in the USA and weighs 27 lbs.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C55359 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
