I have a solution for you that will allow you to use any 1-1/4" accessories you may already own but they did not make any 1-1/4" hitches for the 2022 Toyota Venzas. Instead you are going to want the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e25AR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Venza with included hardware.
This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 525 lbs tongue weight capacity and a 3,500 lbs towing capacity.
To use 1-1/4" accessories you will want the Trailer Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e63YR.
If you are using a bike rack some of the manufacturers have specific adapters for their bike racks. If you would like to email me back with the specific model you are using I can see if there is an adapter or recommended.
