How to Use Older Thule Crossbar on Roof of 2022 Lexus GX 460

Question:
I have 48” old Thule rapid square load bar. What feet / towers are compatible? I have a 2022 Lexus GX460 with flush side rails. Not Thule racks are going up in compatibility chart. I am trying to improvise with the existing load bar I have. The length is barely wide enough not sure if I have enough to get it to even work. I was looking at EVO Feet / Towers but don’t want to buy if they will not work.

Thule changed their square bar roof rack crossbars a few years ago with the EVO setup like you mentioned. The difference is now that the bars attach to the feet of the rack via a channel on the bottom of the bars instead of the older style that wrapped around the bar. But the good news is that Inno makes square bar roof racks that use the exact same crossbar dimensions as the Thule bars so instead you could use the Feet # INTR, and the fit kit part # INTR152 and you'd be able to use your current square Thule bars which are correct size for this.
