Question:

I have a Thule 897XT Hullavator and two Thule 64” square bars. I have a 2015 Subaru Forester that does not have side rails only cross bars on the roof. If I remove the crossbars is there an adapter that can attach to the cross bar mounts on the Subaru to accommodate the square bars?

Hey Robert! Yes, you can remove the factory crossbars from your 2015 Subaru Forester and use the mounting points underneath to install your existing 64" Thule square bars. You will need the Inno Feet for Square Crossbars # INXP along with the Custom Fit Kit # INTR145.

The Inno feet are compatible with your existing Thule square bars, and this will also give you the bar overhang needed to continue using your Thule Hullavator 897XT.
