I have a solution for you, but the Rola 59758 is not a confirmed fit for your 1992 Honda Civic hatchback.
Instead you would want the Sportrack part numbers # SR1003 and # SR1116 if you are looking for an economically priced option or the Inno part # INB107,# INSUT, # INJK, and # INK130 for a custom fit rack that will fit very well.
