Question:

I recently installed the custom leaf spring kit Code RAS3611-y on my 2022 F150 XLT. Will the Timbren suspension Code TFR1504E fit with the leaf spring installed. Thank You

The Timbren Kit item # TFR1504E you referenced does fit your 2022 Ford F-150 and can be installed with the RAS kit item # RAS3611-Y that you already have installed. They are not designed to work together though. It will be a tight fit when you are attaching the bottom bracket to your axle it has to go underneath the bracket that attaches the RAS to the leaf spring pack.

I have linked a picture of the Timbren system installed so you can have a better idea of what I am talking about.

I recommend making sure you have the RAS system installed and adjusted correctly and you aren't overloading your truck. Needing to have two entirely different suspension enhancement kits on a single vehicle would indicate one of the systems are not working correctly or your system is being overloaded.

If your system is set up correctly and you are not over rated I recommend removing the RAS, skipping the Timbrens entirely, and adding the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL54JQ in place of both. These are adjustable and have a 5,000 lbs capacity.
