The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1504E has a weight capacity of 6,000lbs. while the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRTT1504E has a weight capacity of 7,000lbs. The important note with the # TFRTT1504E is that it is a Severe Service kit and should only be used on vehicles with a slide-in camper, salt spreader, or those with a mounted crane or other aerial device, such as on a tow truck.

If you are not using a slide-in camper, salt spreader, or a mounted crane or other aerial device then you will want to go with the # TFR1504E.

I have a 2024 f150 4x4, v8, pulling a 14ft 2 horse Trailer, loaded Trailer weight around 7,000 lbs . Do I need the severe one?

@KarenA No, since its a trailer you aren't carrying all of the weight of the trailer on the rear axle. You can use a standard set of Timbrems and be just fine.

@HeatherA. I called and spoke to Rick he sold me the heavy TRFTT 1504. Is it going to be the wrong one? It's going to arrive in a few days. I don't want to but it on if it's the wrong one. Please advise me as what to do.
